them would be the best. In Argentina we have experienced the decline of both capitals
these last few years. Advocates of the “social capital” lens have reported many
robust correlations between vibrant social networks and outcomes like better school
performance, lower crime rates, better public health, reduced political corruption,
improved market performance, and so on. Can talktimes assign themselves a far-reaching
mission i.e. help to reconnect Argentines through a new form of social capital
building? Can our brand new political talktimes help Argentina civicly reinvent
itself ? If so, how to spread our talktimes all over our nation? What can we actually
do about talktimes in general and political talktimes in particular assuming that
we have some evidence that they are contributing to social connectedness and maybe
social cohesion? Should we contact policy-makers and ask them whether attentiveness
to TalkTime as a social capital builder might be worth their while? Our talktimes
can encourage social capital formation, and social capital itself can enhance
the effectiveness of government action. Participation in political talktimes may
have long-term effects on the civic engagement of talktimers.Talktimes are encouraging
easy, casual connections among people who might otherwise find themselves in isolated

and establish a viable liberal democracy, initiating a cascade of similar political
transformations across the Middle East, ranks among the greatest delusions of

In recent times, many people forgot that in order to consume and invest, one needs
to save. People take credit cards and live beyond their means. Are we going to

What can the United States do to minimize the risks of withdrawal? Is diplomacy
with Syria, Iran, and other nations the answer? Could Iraq benefit from political
decentralization or even gerrymandering for the equitable distribution of oil

disengaged, not only from the public sphere, but from informal and private social
relations. For example, they spend about 35% less time visiting with friends than
they did thirty years ago, and American families have dinner together only two-thirds
